This is a permanent part time position of 17.5 hours per week within Council’s Community Services Team. The salary range for the position is $31.19 - $37.20 per hour, plus superannuation.
The position is located in Maclean.
Purpose of the Position:
- To assist with implementation of effective community development programs that engage with the Aboriginal community
- To coordinate the Clarence Valley Aboriginal Advisory Committee, participate in NAIDOC Week activities, the Goorie interagency and other relevant committees
- Act as a central information and dissemination point for the local Aboriginal communities
